An international team of astronomers has uncovered a galaxy in our own cosmic back yard.
Sometimes astronomers like to keep things local – hence this image from 1994, where an international team of astronomers found a galaxy only ten million light-years away. Thanks to the HST, we found it hiding behind our own Milky Way galaxy.
